End of Service Calculator

Calculate your entitlement under Saudi labor law — enter your salary, service duration, and how the employment ended

How is end-of-service gratuity calculated in Saudi Arabia?

Under Article 84 of Saudi labor law, a worker is entitled to half a month's wage for each of the first five years of service, and a full month's wage for each year after that. The award is calculated based on the final wage, with partial years counted proportionally.

What if I resign?

Under Article 85: a worker who resigns before completing 2 years gets nothing. From 2 to under 5 years, one-third of the award. From 5 to under 10 years, two-thirds. With 10 or more years of service, the full award.
